Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a website package from iGetSeen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Payment Required Before Work Begins

Full payment is required before we begin work on your website. No design, development, or content creation will commence until payment has been received and confirmed. Payment must be made through our secure Stripe checkout system.

Once payment is confirmed, we will send you an intake form (if not already completed) to gather all necessary information about your business, branding, and website preferences.

No Refunds After Build Starts

No refunds are issued once website development has begun. Development is considered to have begun once we start working on your website design and content, which typically occurs within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

If you need to cancel before work begins, you must contact us within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations requested after this period are non-refundable.

7-Day Delivery Target

We aim to deliver your completed website within 7 days of receiving your intake form and all necessary materials (photos, logos, content, etc.). However, the 7-day delivery is a target, not a guarantee.

One Revision Round Included

All packages include one round of revisions after your website is delivered. This includes minor adjustments such as:

Additional revisions beyond the first round will be billed separately at $50 per hour or as a custom quote, depending on the scope of changes requested.

Maintenance Plans

Month-to-Month Subscription

Optional maintenance plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. You are not locked into a long-term contract.

Cancellation

You may cancel your maintenance plan at any time by contacting us at igetseen@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Website Ownership

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the website and all content you provided. We retain the right to display your website as a portfolio example (with your permission) and to use general design principles from your project for future work.

Right to Decline Projects

We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. This includes projects that we believe may violate laws, infringe on intellectual property, promote harmful content, or conflict with our values.

If we decline a project after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide (text, images, logos, testimonials, etc.) is:

iGetSeen is not responsible for any legal issues arising from content you provide.

Limitation of Liability

iGetSeen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
